TTI IP&E, a leading global authorized distributor of interconnect, passive, and electromechanical (IP&E) components, has announced the promotion of Melanie Pizzey to the newly created role of President, Global Operations and Services.
The creation of this position marks a further evolution of the company’s global operating model, reinforcing a commitment to delivering a consistently superior customer experience across all regions. As customers increasingly operate on a global scale, the new role strengthens alignment, connectivity, and execution across operations and services worldwide.
In her new role, Pizzey will lead global operational strategy, service excellence and cross‑regional coordination. She will report directly to John Drabik, Global President, TTI IP&E, and work closely with regional leadership to ensure seamless execution and shared best practices across the organization.

Pizzey brings nearly four decades of experience with TTI; her career reflects steady progression through a broad range of leadership roles, including product management, global product operations and commercial business operations. Over the years, she has been recognized for her ability to scale global processes, lead transformation initiatives and maintain a strong, customer‑first mindset.
This appointment further strengthens TTI IP&E’s ability to operate as an integrated global organization – balancing regional expertise with globally aligned processes to meet the evolving needs of customers and partners worldwide.
