DigiKey attorney recognized alongside region’s top women in business
DigiKey, the global distribution leader of electronic components and automation products, is proud to announce that Kiki Anderson, attorney, legal operations for DigiKey, has been recognized by Prairie Business magazine on the 2026 Top 25 Women in Business list. The recognition honors and celebrates female professionals who have achieved impressive accomplishments and made significant contributions to their communities.
Anderson has more than two decades of legal experience and has been a key member of the DigiKey legal team since 2019. Since stepping into her current role in 2022, she has strengthened DigiKey’s contract governance and improved legal transparency.
“Beyond subject matter expertise, Kiki is a culture builder. She models ownership and excellence, celebrates others’ contributions and communicates in a way that builds trust in the why and accelerates adoption of the how,” said Shane Zutz, vice president of human resources for DigiKey. “Colleagues seek her out because she’s steady, collaborative and focused on impact, not credit.”
Anderson has volunteered on the board of Justice North for more than a decade and has served on the Inter‑County Community Council board of directors since 2019. Both organizations support individuals throughout northwest Minnesota facing challenges related to housing, public benefits, workforce development, food security, consumer rights and family services.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and sociology from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
