DiPaolo Machine Tools, a Mississauga, Ont.-based supplier of new, used, and refurbished industrial machine tools, has appointed Darlei Kruse as field service technician, expanding its on-site service coverage across Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Based in Quebec, Kruse will provide manufacturers throughout the region with diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for a wide range of CNC machine tools.
Kruse brings more than 20 years of experience repairing, overhauling, and optimizing CNC machining equipment. His expertise includes mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems, along with experience working with Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, and Mitsubishi control platforms.
His specialties include spindle overhaul and repair, ball screw refurbishment and alignment, machine geometry inspection and correction, and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. He is also experienced in interpreting electrical schematics and applying manufacturer troubleshooting procedures to identify problems and reduce unplanned downtime.
