Kristen Ballard will support TrustedParts.com
Atlanta – ECIA is pleased to announce that Kristen Ballard joins the organization as Director of Marketing Communications for TrustedParts.com. Kristen has more than 14 years of experience driving growth through integrated marketing, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Known for her relationship-driven approach and attention to detail, Kristen brings a people-first mindset and a strong ability to translate strategic priorities into impactful marketing programs.

Prior to joining ECIA, Kristen served as Marketing/PR Director at Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries, where she led a high-performing marketing team and oversaw strategic marketing initiatives. She previously held roles at TTI, Inc., where she partnered with suppliers, product teams, and sales leadership to execute multi-channel campaigns supporting the electronics distribution channel.
