Micro Commercial Components (MCC) expands its automotive power portfolio with two AEC-Q101 qualified 60V P-Channel MOSFET solutions designed for efficient high-side switching and power management applications. Available in compact PDFN5060 and industry-standard DPAK packages, the portfolio provides designers with flexible package options while maintaining excellent electrical and thermal performance.

Built on advanced Trench Power MV MOSFET technology, the MCAC051P06Q-TP and MCU055P06LQ-TP combine low RDS(on), high current capability, and efficient thermal characteristics to reduce conduction losses and improve overall system efficiency. Whether optimizing for compact PCB layouts or leveraging mature manufacturing processes, engineers can select the package that best matches their application requirements without compromising performance.
